Klimom Ghee is traditionally made, just the way our ancestors used to. Fresh Cow’s milk is boiled and cooled down to 42-43 degrees Celsius to set curd. The curd is then churned vigorously until butter starts separating from the curd. Then the butter is carefully simmered to make ghee, which gives it the nutty taste and an appeasing aroma.
Klimom Ghee is made from pure Gir cow milk that contains A2 protein. Untouched, unadulterated, and fresh, this ghee is not just tasty, but healthy too. A2 cow ghee is known to balance the vatta, pitta, and Kapha in our body and retain all the essential nutrients and fatty acids, which generate healthy fatty acids in the ghee that are known to reduce bad cholesterol and increase good cholesterol.
Pure Desi cow ghee is said to have numerous health benefits as well, like treating skin disorders, reducing migraine attacks, resolve digestive problems, acidity, cough, cold, and sinus. A2 cow ghee is also considered beneficial for weight issues.
Usually, milk is added to a separating machine where the cream is separated from the milk and the rest of the liquid (creamless white fluid), is sold as milk. Assuming that around 25 liters of milk get processed in the machine to separate cream from it, and one kg of cream is yielded, the remaining 24 liters of fluid is sold as milk that's mixed with water. This money making system results in unhealthy milk and ghee being sold at a lesser price. On the other hand, Klimom ghee is prepared by converting the milk into curd, churning manually to produce butter, which is then heated to produce ghee. The leftover liquid here is buttermilk, and there's no milk left to be sold. So, to produce one kg of pure Klimom cow ghee, we spend close to 40 liters of pure milk, which is the reason for the price.
